Vicki Egarr
Owner
Vicki is the proud owner of Little Muddy Me, an exclusively outdoor preschool located at Bray Lake, which has achieved an Outstanding rating by Ofsted. With a career spanning 25 years, Victoria has extensive experience working with children as a registered childminder since 2012, as a nanny, and in various day nurseries. She firmly believes that children's needs are best met when they have ample space and resources to play and learn. Vicki has a deep passion for children's wellbeing and fostering their connection with the outdoors. She holds a BA Honours degree in Childcare and Education and a Level 3 Forest School certification. Inspired by her own children's challenges in mainstream school, Vicki established Wacky Woods Alternative Provision to provide an alternative environment where children can thrive. Her goal is to support children in building their confidence and transitioning back to full-time education at a pace that suits them

Izzy (Manager/Qualified Teacher)
With a chicken sometimes perched on my shoulder and a firm belief that learning can—and should—feel liberating, I bring a blend of professional grounding and light-hearted energy to our outdoor alternative provision. As a neurodivergent practitioner myself, I’m passionate about creating spaces where every young person’s unique wiring is recognised, respected, and celebrated.
Drawing on extensive experience in CBT- and DBT-informed approaches, I strive to support learners in building emotional resilience, practical skills, and confidence in who they are. Before moving into alternative provision, I spent several years as a Head of Music in a busy secondary school, which has given me firsthand insight into the pressures young people navigate daily—and how transformative it can be when they’re given room to breathe, explore, and grow.
Here, among the trees (and occasionally mischievous chickens), my aim is to provide exactly that.

Lesley
Deputy Manager
Hi, my name is Lesley. I live with my husband, our two teenagers, and our pets, Cooper the dog and Tibs the cat. For the past seven years, I have been teaching and supporting children with a variety of additional needs at a specialist SEN school. My hobbies include going to the gym, being a dance mum, and socializing with good friends. I am really excited about this new adventure with Evergreen Alternative Provision. Making a difference in these children's lives and watching their progress will be incredibly rewarding.

Natalie
AP Practitioner/1:1 support
Hi, my name is Natalie. I hold a Level 3 qualification in both Childcare and Health & Social Care. I love seeing children develop, grow, and thrive in an inclusive environment. I’m passionate about continuously expanding my knowledge and skills, so I regularly update my training.
Outside of work, I’m kept busy by my two young children, who love exploring the outdoors no matter the weather. Working at Wacky Woods is incredibly rewarding — seeing the children progress and enjoy their time with us is a privilege to be part of.
